I would give no stars if I could. I returned 4 items to the main hub on August 1, 2025. Nine days later the packages are still not showing returned. All the Amazon personnel can’t seem to troubleshoot my issue. What is going on?

Driver entrance needs some type of protection at the door. Several drivers had to stand in the pouring rain for 10 min till someone opened the door so I could check in. Kinda silly when we are the ones brining in the products.

I ordered a replacement smartwatch on Tuesday and it was supposed to be delivered to my house by 10:00 p.m but instead it was delivered the next morning to the wrong door that's not my door it's the laundry room door so when I go to retrieve it. It was not there the delivery person didn't not check for the address on the package or the door I think this was incompetent and not responsible for the way they are handling people stuff.

What a garbage can group of individuals you have working over there. It CLEARLY STATES IN MY INFO to kindly, LEAVE ALL PACKAGES AT THE SIDE DOOR ENTRANCE!!! The INBECILE who delivered my 50-in flat screen TV just left it sitting at the front door!!!😳🙄😡 Right on the edge where anyone could have slid it off and kept moving!! 🤬 What the hell Amazon! Maybe if you paid these guys more money they would do better work! I may as well go to the store and pick it up myself! 👎🏽👎🏽

I keep getting deliveries left right in the middle of garage door on outside .I have backed over one I get in the car from the side and open garage Dr and don’t see the packages why they cannot put them by front door or at least off to side of garage door .I have asked that before 12575 Andersonville Road

Honest review as 3 year long employee!
Okay This is the second building i've worked at for 2 years now, It's a big building, that can be overwhelming when you're new, There's a constant new flow of management which Is Cool for making new connections But can be difficult IF you're Wanting to be noticed...
As Someone who is NOT looking to move up though.. The work is too simple And I love being able To use my time As I see fit that's one of my favorite things about amazon is how flexible they are with their time off options. Great benefits, Good pay!
The only thing that can bring you down Is not advocating for yourself and your own career growth If that's what you're looking for .. You will not be recognized for Being the best , With so many employees coming and going, You gotta make those connections for yourself and not rely on management to notice you! Ive seen so many good people Leave because they thought Being the best at everything is what you need to do and then get burnt out. Or People not managing their time wisely, and then they go Negative and are fired is another big one
