The new top looks and fits great, so I'm glad they saved me several hundred dollars.After getting a quote from a local trim shop in Farmington Hills who told me they could get my top "in two to three weeks", I found out I could get one myself in two days, so trust was broken already. I searched for a reputable trim shop and found Paul's. Dale provided a fair quote on-the-spot and said they can get the job done in two days. They hit that target, and I'm very happy with their service. The top also comes with a 3-year 36,000 mile warranty.This company is very knowledgeable, confident and professional. I will drive the 30 minutes to their shop for any trim service, every time.”

“I realized Monday morning my windshield had a chip and was cracked. Friday when I Parked it in a locked secured parking lot it was fine, but we had a lot of snow and a snow removal company which spreads salt. Thankfully my daughter called Rush to schedule and Appointment on Tuesday, Brought the car in at 9:30 a.m. to leave it with them during the day.I received a call at 5:15 from Breona that I could pick the car up at 5:45 p.m as promised. “My daughter has had quite the crash course in being a driver in Michigan’s winters this weekend. From getting experience driving after the snowstorm to a dead battery when trying to leave for work. While waiting for a jump, we reached out to the local AutoZone (@ Auburn and MLK Blvd). Roy and Quan were such a blessing. These guys agreed to change the battery, even if we got there right at closing, in the -5 windchill. The terminal was fused to the post and the guys working there made sure to take care of everything to get us back home, even though it meant staying late. I can’t say the last time I had customer service as over and above as tonight.”
