I visited AutoZone to get assistance with my car and purchase some items, but unfortunately, my phone was stolen during my visit. I immediately asked to review the security cameras—twice—but no one has followed up with me. Despite my efforts to get answers, I’ve had to escalate the situation by contacting corporate, and I am currently working with someone on the matter. It’s extremely frustrating that a simple visit to buy car parts resulted in this kind of experience. I expected better accountability and customer service in handling such a serious issue.

Sage is completely amazing 👏🏼. I would give 10 stars if I could. Very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and was the ONLY ONE who could help me!!!! Sage replaced both my headlights with new brighter bulbs in my 2019 malibu....Thank u!!! Sage is the absolute BEST!!! 10/10 I recommend 👌🏼

First time going to this store (this location at least). I noticed while I was on the highway that my turn signal had burned out. So I pulled over to this AutoZone and told them what kind of car I had. They got me the bulb and gave me the tool to borrow to change it. Kind of sucked trying to change it in the middle of it snowing and freezing out, but that isn't their fault. One thing I really like about AutoZone in general is that they have basic tools you can use instead of having to buy your own.

I stopped in today to get some headlight bulbs, everyone was super helpful to find them as my car wouldn't come up in the system, then an angel from the back came out, Cameron! He went to my car took the old bulbs out to identify them, after purchasing the bulbs he went back outside in 20° weather and put my bulbs in for me! I'm so grateful that he was there and able to help me, both of my headlights were burnt out at this time, and I will definitely return to this location is any further needs! Thank you again Cameron, you really made my day!!!

The manger patricia was highly disrespectful. she was not trying to help me i called and they had me on hold for over 10 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me in the rudest way that she was manager . i do not recommend this auto zone . 👎🏼

"I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone on North Perry! The manager was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the level of expertise and the manager's eagerness to assist. It made what could have been a daunting task quite simple and stress-free.
