Only 2 lines for drive thru. Usually lined up around the building. I was stuck in line for 1 1/2 hours recently. Good thing I didn't have to go bathroom. Once your in right lane. There is no excape. Can't deposit rolled coins. Must have an appointment and drive half hour to another location for this service. ATM has been out of service for over a month. Couldn't get receipts half the time either because I'm sure it was out of paper. Probably gonna have to try somewhere else soon. This isn't working for me any longer

I've had a account here since I was a kid (31 now) and my first new car (23) I got a better loan rate from a random place the dealer picked than the credit union where I keep all my money. Just recently I've been having issues with my card getting declined, I use it for all my Bill's and as of recent I use it for almost everything (pandemic no cash acceptance). I couldn't pay one of my bills at one point and it's been a mess since then. I'm currently living in a hotel to be closer to work for now and my card is being declined for the $150 hold for the hotel. The inconvenience is beginning to become a nuisance. It's been a smooth ride until now but I think this is where we part ways. There is literally no good reason to stay with this CU, I've just been loyal because of how long I've been here and their has been no perks or benefits for doing so, just occasional headaches...

Had a loan through this bank for a dump trailer. Scheduled automatic payments to be done so would not need to worry about logging in every month to make payments. I was notified by mail that I was delinquent in making payments so I called their office. They told me due to COVID-19 they decided to cancel all loans because it was in the best interest for their customers. However, they neglected to notify me about this. They then proceeded to start asking for payments but did not start my automatic payments making me delinquent. I called and asked to speak to a manager. They ensured they would call back that same day. It’s been 4 days now. I would not recommend working with this company for any sort of loan.
