Two years ago we had Clarkston Window and Door replace all of our windows with their North Star product. They have been great and have really made a difference during the bitter cold snap of this past week. We highly recommend both the North Star window and Clarkston Window and Door!

Simply incredible service and products. Clarkston Window and Door made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their install crew, ran by Steve (absolute gentleman and fun guy to be around), were a great group who enjoyed what they were doing and too extra precautions to make sure everything was perfect. Cardboard and runners were placed everywhere and they vacuumed every inch of the house after they were done. In and out job - these guys knocked it out.

I recently had whole house window replacement completed. My salesperson, Tim St. Dennis, promptly and patiently reworked multiple job price quotes to help me decide on the final mix of window styles and installation options for my project. Colin Hutt cheerfully and competently assisted me during two showroom visits and multiple telephone calls. After the project was completed, Colin provided me with digital copies of the information required to apply for the Consumers Energy rebate. Steve and his installation team were cordial and efficient. They protected my interior floors and did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished. Steve and an installation crew member also thanked me for choosing Clarkston Window & Door. Steve is very conscientious and exacting about proper window installation and caulking. He willingly answered my questions during the two-day installation. The entire process, from price quotes to the finished job, was professional, pleasant, and drama-free. I highly recommend everyone consider Clarkston Window & Door for their new construction or remodeling projects.

Just like my neighbors told me, they send an excellent team and professional workers, professional workmanship (looks fantastic!!!), fair and great price. I can see why they are recommended by those that recommended them to me, actual neighbors and not fake reviews. The Inside-Outside Guys recommend them too so you know they do good honest work. Even while shopping and interviewing different vendors it was clear Clarkston Window and Door stood out. You will have the same experience too. They left the place clean as well.

We had our windows and front and back door replaced, as well as adding screen doors. This was completed in September 2022. The quality is good and the 1st winter so issues with cold drafts in our family room. Customer service, is poor, have an issue with our screen door and called several times, each time I am transferred to a person who handles this but he is never there and am asked to leave a message but not response back. Its frustrating, after spending 25K not to get any customer service.Update: 11/14/2023. Clarkston Window and Door responded back and corrected the screen door and repair it in one day. I appreciate the prompt response.

We have had nothing but amazing service from Clarkston! Installation was seamless, and the windows look fantastic. From start to finish, their customer service has been consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Talk about 5 Star service and product! We had Clarkston Window and Door handle an every window and door on a larger home after they were recommended to us by a neighbor. I had shopped around a bit but their pricing and product quality was ultimately what sold me. Tim/Collin were great when it came to deciding on which window and door styles we wanted. Steve the installer was amazing! He was so fast and did such a good finishing job! The outcome was everything we could have asked for and more. We will absolutely be using them again on future homes!

I am not friends with this company and do not have any vested interest in publishing this, other than giving an accurate review. My experience with Clarkston Window and Door was way over the top. Cleanliness to the degree of perfection. The windows are superb in every way. The installation went flawless. The workers were friendly and professional. I could not ask for a more perfect installation. I had the entire house done. I recommend them for any window or door install without hesitation.

These windows are the best thing we could have ever done to update our house. I’m sitting here with a sleeping baby writing this review as a major tree removal is taking place right outside. The noise cancellation is amazing. This company and their products are truly the best. We could not be happier and the folks at clarkston windows are professional and simply the best.

Awesome company to work with. Very satisfied with the whole process. From the sales rep. Tim St. Dennis to the installer Charlie, who did an amazing job with the installation of the windows and one huge doorwall!! I have a small dog who is terrified of fireworks. They seem to set off fireworks at all the holidays now and this past Labor Day weekend was no exception. I turned on the white noise machine and Boo barley heard the fireworks. Hire this company you won't be sorry. Sincerely,Margaret

Used Clarkston Window & Door to replace 53 windows and 3 door walls at our Davisburg home. Tim the sales guys was outstanding with providing options and answering all of our questions. Steve the installer was professional, efficient, and friendly! I would absolutely recommend them for any job big or small!
