The wait was too long and they won't let you use the bathroom there. Also the doctor i saw was kinda rude. I had a appt with hwr she came 45 minutes later didn't say nothing to me just took me to physical therapy which I was unaware I even had.

Had a great experience!! I was there for a pre-employment exam. My Nurse and Doctor were awesome. I did have some wait time, but worth it. The facility is clean and lots of natural sunlight in the large waiting area!!

Excellent experience. The staff were all very friendly and super efficient in getting me in and out for a TB test/T test. I was able to complete the Checkin online and have the test completed with 15 mins. Highly recommend!

I’ve been sitting in the office for over an hour past my scheduled appointment. And then got brought back into a room, vitals taken and then waited another 15-20 minutes. 2 HOURS WAITING BEFORE EVEN GETTING TO MY PT IS OUTRAGEOUS. IF IT WASN’T FOR WORK I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK.

The front Desk young lady was completely professional however, LaWanda called me back to complete my employment urine drug test and it was like a skit from SNL but it was not funny because this is a Healthcare setting. LaWanda is condescending, while chewing her gum (fast, smaking her lips. Telling me she is in a hurry it's almost time to go home. Roling here eyes , snapping back at me with sparky remarks when I asked is there an area to put my belongings ( money,credit cards &ID). LaWanda was so rude, she spoke to me as if I offended her and she wanted to fight. I hope she doesn't have access to my personal information and home address because her behavior was extreme unprofessional behavior. She shouldn't be working in Healthcare but a prison or Probation Office. She lacks proper Healthcare empathy , patience and kindness.
Bad experience.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I am a travel healthcare worker. This is my second time at this location and I will continue to use them as long as I’m in the area.
