Place is a joke. I went to get my non CDL dot, my job is seasonal and I slipped up and hit a joint while layed off and when the doctor asked if I smoke I was honest and made it very clear im not a normal user but I have in the last 30 days and I got treated like crap right after, didn't even finish my physical and tell me weather or not I'm healthy just told me I'm disqualified because of that and now I have to see drug counseling and random drug test to get my dot. I highly recommend going somewhere else the doctors are a huge joke. I don't deserve to be treated like that and to have to pay to see drug counseling when I am not addicted to anything. It's legal here and I smoked once while layed off big deal.

They moved me through quickly but didn’t feel like I got any personal care… felt more like cattle moving through the process.

I’ve been going to the Pontiac location for 20 years getting my DOT physical done, this past visit on 3/1/24 was the best, from the front desk to the doctor everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had, when it was off of Perry everyone was so angry it seemed and doctors were short with you.

I made an appointment a week ahead for pre-employment drug test and physical. I do feel that my future employer did cause a huge part of the delay not providing all the requested information but during my initial call to set up an appointment I did ask if they had everything at that time. I waited almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen and did feel slightly rushed through after that.
