One of the worst experiences. We explained our situation and the guy immediately took offense and was completely rude. He didn’t even help and we had to call customer services in the parking lot. Bad day or not, no excuse to treat people like that and should find someone better.

Extremely rude representatives, asking "what you need" as soon as I walk into the store, I begin to tell one rep how I need them to look at my phone for a hotspot issue. My conversation was interrupted by another rep who said they could do nothing for me, not even bothering to take my phone and Furthermore telling me, "I'm sorry you wasted your time coming." And "you're not listening to me" even though he did not understand my issue about my hotapot, not my mobile data. Long story short, I called customer support while in store just to have the rep yell at me from across the store what to tell the support lady. It's ironic how they had no intrest in knowing my issue or getting it resolved but as soon as I get on with support they want to control the narrative and seem like they are doing what they can to help. I will be making my experience known to cricket customer care.

I drove half hour after working 9 hours got here at this location at 6pm the door was locked with open sing and there was a paper sing on the door said they are gone for one hour for a break. Of course I had to wait. And when she finally showed up i ask her to add another number to my services she tried for 20 mins she didn’t know how then she said no one showed her how to add a new service. What a waste of time 2 hours for nothing.. she said she don’t know how to do anything. Why they even open a store when they don’t know how to run it. I’ll be so embarrassed to tell people don’t know how to do this or that.. Dont understand why she was there if she can’t help customers ?

First off, if I could give this location 0 stars, I would.If you are unfortunate enough to use cricket, do not go to this location.The Owner, whose name is Michael is an awful representative for cricket.He will talk down to you, mislead you with information and then get mad at you for not knowing all the hidden fees that he doesn't acknowledge until trying to gloss over them.When calling him out on his attitude, he says that he doesn't have one.When saying I was going to call his supervisor and file a complaint, he said "I am the owner, this is my store" so I called customer service and filed a complaint and permanently severed my relationship with this company.Good riddance.

It was about 730pm. I had questions about switching over to criket. There is only a few crickets open after 6pm it seems. This was one of the few locations still open. Mike answered all my questions and was very friendly. Very informative of crickets service. Thankyou!

This is THE BEST Cricket store EVER. I have used almost every wireless carrier in the past few years but THIS guy is the best. The owner was so pleasant, patient( I'm not tech savvy at all) and highly knowledge about his products. And the service! I always hated going into any wireless store, but now I never have to worry again. Customer for life!! Thank you?
