The quality of service has went down significantly since new manager came. Very good workers have left leaving us the patients with nurses who just walk around look like they doing their job but not even checking the patients vitals or giving patients their medicines at times. The new secretary don't even speak or try to accommodate us ( patients) when we walk in the door like the previous secretary. If you are thinking about service here be sure to advocate strongly for yourself or the nurses will neglect care.

They Allow Their Male FA To Talk To His Female Employees Any Kind Of Way And Lie In Write Ups!! Wouldn’t Recommend Anyone Work There While He’s FA!! Just Quit Last Week Because They Refused To Transfer Me To Another Facility.

MUCH IMPROVEMENT, STILL NEED TO MONITOR PATIENTS BETTER. STAY AT POSTINSTEAD OF SPENDING SO MUCH TIME IN BREAK ROOM. HALF HOUR NOT ONE HOUR OR MORE ON BREAK. KEEP OFF PHONES WHILE ON DUTY. I WANT TO SEE 5 STARS

I am a Lyft driver that Just dropped a blind patient off. I take patients to Davita every day and this is the first time that an employee refused to assist the patient who needed a wheel chair and stated that I was to get the wheel chair myself and get the patient inside. She looked at me as if I was crazy when I told her the patient requested that someone from davita was supposed to make sure she was secure and made it inside safely. I had no problem helping at all but I found it very unprofessional!!!!! I stood in the lobby for several minutes trying to get the wheel chair to work while the lady at the desk sat there eating snacks. Thumbs down!
