“I would give more stars if I could! I’m on the east coast and wanted to send flowers to an uncle’s funeral in Birmingham that I couldn’t attend. I spoke first with Andrea, who made very helpful suggestions about the arrangement and what might be most appreciated in the circumstances I described. On the morning of, the funeral home apparently lost power and there was a question of moving or postponing the service. The florist knew before I did and called to assure me they were on it! (Thank you Bob). Ultimately they delivered—everything perfect—and family members told me the arrangement was beautiful. I’m grateful to Tiffany florist for helping me make this gesture from afar—totally seamless, with assistance from people who seem like they actually care. A very small business feeling, and I HIGHLY recommend them.”
