Booked an appointment earlier in the week for Thursday at 11AM using their website. Noticed a drop in fuel economy recently and was pretty sure it was the spark plugs. I do some maintenance like oil changes and brakes but I live in an apartment complex and try to avoid working on my car outside in the winter, especially when its something I haven't done on the vehicle before. Showed up Thursday and they told me they were too busy, and that I'd be better off rescheduling for Friday at 11AM. Ok, no problem. I can come back tomorrow as I'm fairly certain its just the spark plugs and nothing too extensive, which I make clear to them. I come back Friday and drop the vehicle off early at 10:30AM. No calls or updates all day. They said they were busy so I expected some lag but not no communication. I had to call an hour before closing to find out whats going on. They couldn't get it done today, they'll have it done tomorrow but they can give me the quote. They tried to upsell me on fuel treatment for ~$120 with a grand total of $550. For 4 spark plugs and a couple hours labor, and a diagnostic fee on what I myself had diagnosed. Now I'm irritated because $430 is a lot higher than average and spark plugs are relatively inexpensive (I don't have a luxury vehicle) so this is basically all labor and diagnostic charges. If I don't give the go ahead then I can pay an $85 diagnostic fee for nothing. I give the go ahead as I was initially willing to pay a little more to have this done quickly and be done with it, although my patience is wearing thin as we are now heading into day 3 to change spark plugs. I'm told it will be done tomorrow but also about how the technicians lunch is from 11:30-12:30. They open at 8AM, so basically thats letting me know they'll wait until after lunch to get to it. At 2:15PM on Saturday I finally get the call to pick up my car. Popped the hood and theres a bolt missing on the engine manifold cover now so on the bright side I guess thats a sign they did what I paid for. I'll end my rant now. This was my first yelp review. I normally grin and bear poor service but getting screwed that much on both time and money was too much. I would leave zero stars if I could.

This shop saved me! I had a car accident on the ice and Brian was so kind on the phone. He recommended the best ‘all season’ tires for my car, got the price down as low as he could, scheduled me for that day, and made sure my oil was clean and my car was running well. He made the turn around time quick, so that I didn’t have to get a ride and I could get to my children’s school on time.Working with them was such a breath of fresh air and a relief. I had been extremely hesitant about trusting any shop, but now I know where I will be returning every time! Thank you Brian and Good Year Pontiac!! There are still some honest shops out there!! ????

I gave them 5 stars 7 months ago, and I am giving them 5 stars today, 1/18/2024, because they are great group that provides excellent customer services. I am a veteran, so I went through the Detroit VA's Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) to order top of the line Goodyear tires. This was one of the services centers locally, and I was so pleased with the crazy low price for 4 tires, plus installation. I usually go through Costco, but this went so smoothly, that I will order my tires this way from this time forth. All I can say is, "Wow. Wow. Wow."

I stopped by to see if they could do an oil change on my car and they got me in right away ??Steve Smith took care of me. Everyone there was really friendly ? Jay found a nail in my tire luckily my tire was ok to drive on ? Jay was super friendly and took good care of my car. I didn't have to wait long maybe a half hour? I will definitely be returning to this store ??? I am very happy with their service. Jackie B.

The manager, Brian, was very polite and quick on helping me. Had a lug nut that was stripped. The team was very quick on getting the lug nut off. Only took 20 minutes.

Firstly I want to say that Brian, Nate, and everyone else in the shop were absolutely wonderful to me!! Unfortunately even though my car was in the shop for almost a week there was nothing they could do to fix it, but they gave it to me straight and were not out to get my money. Something I definitely appreciate as a woman! And they made sure I made it home from work every night. It’s rare you find a mechanic you can trust, and I would highly recommend bringing your car here!!

Brian the service manager at the location is absolutely helpful. I called as soon as the store open with my questions about tire repair. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I got in and out quick and in time for work. I found my new auto repair home. Thank you!!

Got a flat on 4th of July, I called them and they had my tire in stock. They told me could fix my tire with the flat instead and they stayed open after closing time for me. Thank you Nate Kataria and your team.
