Low quality tools at high prices.
You know what you are getting but some items like Jacks and stands are very good quality. The Icon tool line is making good tools for a fair price

I will never shop at Harbor Freight again. I bought a battery charger that was supposedly portable and was not so never used it and returned the next day to be charged a restocking fee. This is a shady practice. I will go back to Home Depot and Lowe's. Do not shop at this chain, this is not buyer friendly!

Honestly. Not very impressed. Seemed to be understaffed. And no knowledge of tools. I went in there to try and buy a specific tool. Just had one question about it. When to try and find help. There was only one person walking around. He was very short with conversation and sort of rude. I understand he was busy. So I told him when he had a minute that was fine. Did not answer my question what so ever. I won't be back to this location that's for sure. Wasted my lunch break for nothing.

HFT has stepped up their game vs many years ago. Good variety on some things, not so much on others. Sales are a gimmick. Wish the prices were just set instead of the circus involvement to get today's $0.50 off. Hate the email / phone number thing. Wish they would just sell me the wrench without asking for personal info. It's a tool store.

Needed all kinds of flashlights for walking dog outside. Was hit by a car walking my dog. Now he and I are all lighted up . Harbor Freight had all kinds to choose from
