It's not the branch I have a problem with it's Huntington in general. I opened a new account a week agoPut money on my card yesterday for the first time used it a couple times and now my card is suspended something to do with it not falling in line with my spending habit so they suspect fraud but I just opened the account just put money in the account so you have no idea about my spending habits what habits are you basing this conclusion off of !!!??!! So now because it's a new account my phone number won't be fully registered for another 30 days and I can't get my account activated over the phone I have to walk an hour away in the rain to the nearest branch because I don't have transportation this bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of existence I don't recommend if I could give no stars I would absolute trash

I feel that the drive through wait is to long I was waiting for over 15 minutes with one person in line I can see through the window! Before they even said hello I will be with you in a moment. The ATM machine is always down or out of order and I’m forced to wait in line or go in, which is always a nite mare.

Worst bank I have ever had experience with I keep having problems with this particular location the last straw was when I deposited money into my account through the ATM and it didn’t show in my account I contacted the bank and they said the ATM was counted and there was no Uncounted for money so I had to file a claim which can take up to 10 business days the branch was not helpful at all I will not recommend this bank to anyone especially if you really need your funds Huntington is the bank that will rob you blind I can’t wait to receive my deposit so I can close out this account it’s been such an inconvenience for me.

It's not the bank I have a problem with, it's Huntington in general. I'm suppose to get my checks 2 day in advance and never do. They always have an excuse on why my money is never available?

I have been in this bank for business accounts three times now since the shut down of everything and when I set up my account both business and personal was wonderful. NOW I have been in three times and called and left messages for Vice President Ashley Westerfield four times requesting help to pay an invoice to a client and still no call back and left my name and phone number with the front bank tellers as well. STILL NOT A CALL BACK and worst part is my client is still waiting to be paid because I cannot perform this task without bank staff. I AM PULLING MY ACCOUNTS BOTH BUSINESS AND PERSONAL FIRST THING TO ANOTHER BANK I cannot afford to loose clients because I dont get a call back from my own bank to set up payment... So disappointed with the latest service at this branch.

The customer service at this branch is terrible. The branch refused to provide a proof of funds letter needed to make an offer on a home. Bank teller said he "did not recognize me" and that it is against their policy to provide letters. He recommended that I drive to the branch I typically bank with where they might "recognize me." As I needed the letter immediately for a pending offer and I was near my place of work not my home this was not possible. It seems very shocking to me that they claimed that Huntington does not write letters for its customers as a proof of funds letter is a letter commonly offered by most banking institutions. When I asked to see a copy of their policy stating that they do not provide letters to customers, they refused to provide me with the policy. The bank teller kept on stating that I was asking him to "manipulate numbers" and did seem to understand the request for the proof of funds letter. My request was commonplace, accurate, honest, and truthful. I certainly did not appreciate his characterization of my request, whether he was deliberately trying to impugn my character or whether he truly did not understand my request.The staff definitely did not put the customer first. It seemed that perhaps they were not familiar with the request so they did not want to provide me with a proof of funds letter. With so many good banking institutions out there, I would recommend banking elsewhere where you can count on good customer service in the truly important moments, such as buying a home. If you want branch that wishes to help their customers during stressful home negotiations this is not it.
