I asked the oldest lady did she know how to do the French tip style before she started and she said yes & couldn’t even paint my nails neatly. I had he stop after the first nail and was still charged $43 for short clear nails no apology or difference on her end . 0/ 10

Visited today. I can't believe how my nails look! I also noted she asked me to get gel Polish three times... It's not a requirement. regular Polish can be great. I feel she gave me a bad job on purpose. No wonder everyone argued over who would sit in Tom's seat next for their nails! I probably will not come back. They are sloppy, not smooth, and mis shaped. I will have to remove the polish and fix them. Of course I didn't leave a tip.

my nails are lumping & wasn't worth paying $45 . The lady was rushing but I assume she was rushing because of it being busy. All of my the gel nail polish was not dry and is smudged.

It’s a young lady in there she can not do pedicures I asked for someone else and did not receive a response I asked her not to cut my toenails down she did anyway my feet are not polish ready and my heels are terrible they need better customer service because I tried to fix the problem before the review was posted I was not rude like my heels I still paid in full and left these pics are taken 2:32pmService: Pedicure

I’m so disappointed they cut my “ingrown toe“ which I don’t even have nor even ask for them to cut they litterly cut every toe nail sides ? cut it soo much it’s not even no more now I have to wait couple months for my toes nails to grow correctly
