Tried purchasing a Buick Lacrosse from Adam we where working on getting financing before I could complete the process they sold it out from underneath me without letting me know very shady in my opinion I would be careful about buying a vehicle from them they will sell a vehicle out from underneath you.

**** response **** I know for an absolute fact it was a full tune-up requested and agreed to. THAT TUNE UP WAS NOT DONE. PERIOD. EXACT WORDING was a full tune-up, and we'll pay full price. Didn't get a full tune-up. You can say what you want bottom line is tou didn't do the FULL TUNE UP. You simply replaced 1 coil and reset the codes. Obv there were mutliple bad coils. You can say what you want, but it has been verified that the tune-up WAS NOT DONE. ********The only request that was made was a full tune be done on the vehicle. Swore up and down it was done. Take the truck home to spend more than 4 grand over the first 30 days. Sat at mechanics for another 30 days waiting in line again bc of the misfire. That it SHOULDN'T HAVE. IF THE TUNE UP WAS DONE. Nope, replaced 1 wire. RUN RUN RUN. DO NOT TRUST THAT HE WILL DO WHAT HE SAYS.

The sell lemons here beware. Bought a truck just a few months ago and it broke down due to engine problems. They said it will cost 6500 to get a new engine.

My fiance and I bought a 2014 GMC Sierra from Jim Douglas Auto sales in April 2023. The process of buying it was seamless from our trade-in to the paperwork.
