PLEASE MANAGEMENT/owner PLEASE!!!!!! Put signs on the door or fill out the pick up instructions for deliveries!!! It’s very disrespectful to walk up to a building at 12:30pm on a Saturday to one of the TOP fast food chains in the WORLD!!!! just to find out not only is the door locked, no sign up, or non instructions in the door dash app that’s required for business when they have specific pick up details. Also this drive around is VERY near!! I would like to pick and choose rather I want the cement curb to chew my tires up or get scratches and marked in this small drive thru space. This was done to have a reason to have orders backed up. Covid is over, all the other fast food restaurants are open! Other KFCs are open. So this is a personal decision. And may I add it sitting here steady waiting as I’m writing this, it should be a fire hazard to make a customer stay in line so once your in line your basically stuck until they decide to move the line. Which isn’t fair or safe!!

I ordered the chicken wraps 2 for 5 and they should be on a dollar menu what a joke a tiny chicken strip mayo and 2 pickles what a joke never again you only get me once.

Went in to grab lunch with my mom the store had 3 employees running the entire store. The dining area was clean the employees very polite and they provided fast and excellent service. I was honestly impressed bc I know how stressful it is to be shorthanded and the choas that usually ensues but not here, it was like they are a fine oiled machine and everyone does there part effeciently.

Horrible service and I don't recommend anyone coming to this KFC I went to the drive-thru and the young man Mohammed told me 2 minutes for fresh nuggets I waited 20 minutes and as I was waiting the people behind me got their food before I did and then I had to go in because they didn't give you my sauces and then the guy Muhammad just looked at me like he didn't know who I was and then he acted like they didn't want to give me the sauces ????

Ordered a 2 piece combo meal, original and dark meat. Got a three piece meal (both light and dark meat). Chicken is dark and greasy and you can taste that the oil is old. Tried to call the restaurant twice but got a recording saying they couldn't take my call right now. Complained to Corporate. Too bad because I haven't had KFC in a while.

Rude female needs to be fired soon as I pulled in to order she huffed and puffed at me like my daughter or something and that is truly unprofessional especially when I just pulled up to look for what I wanted when no one was in line I didn’t order here and now I will never it was so uncalled for.

Worst KFC. I don't even like fast food but I got some weird craving for KFC as I past this location. These poor horribly trained employees. They need some help. Food was definitely nuked. It was scorching hot. This place needs help.

I had a remarkably positive experience at this shop today. Upon arriving to collect my order this evening, I was informed they had run out of hot wings. Although initially disappointed, the staff member at the front, Britney, immediately apologized for the oversight. She promptly suggested alternative options and ensured I left satisfied. Her proactive approach truly exceeded my expectations, making this my best KFC experience to date. A big thank you to Britney for turning the situation around!
