While waiting for my favorite nail person to get finished, I asked another nail person (#6), can I get a soak off while i waited, he insisted for me to basically wait until my person is done so they can soak my nails off. just weird i think some of the workers are plain rude and move backwards when you ask them to do something you are paying for.

Great service, quick if you need them to be but usually they take their time and pamper you. Detonated worth it. Many chairs with many staff so they're was no wait even as more customers came in.

I came in for a mani/pedi with French shellac. I think the guy was rushing. The smile lines are uneven, my cuticle was cut, he shoved his own nail under two of my nail beds into my quick to the point where my fingers are sore the next day (still not sure what the purpose of that was) I had to go home and file my own nails until they were actually square and even, the hot pink was a wild choice on his part for a French, there's already a chip not even 24 hours later & after not using my hands for anything that would cause a chip, and the white tips are WAY too thin. I paid $65 and came because it was the lowest price in the area - I definitely got what I paid for. I don't think I will be coming back. Cough up an extra $20 and go somewhere else where you will be completely satisfied.
EDITED REVIEW: I gave them another chance... I should have stayed away. I wanted the cat eye effect with magnetic gel polish. The guy who did my nails had no idea how to use the magnet, only tried it on one nail and then gave up, then at the very end he tried telling me he couldn't do the cat eye effect because i didn't get nail extensions... If he didn't know how to do it I'm not sure why he didn't tell me. Anyways, now I have early 2000s frosted chrome nails. Not anything like the picture I brought in. I for sure will not be coming back this time.

When I was there yesterday on May 3 me my niece with our dogs had a nails done I don’t I use my regular nails I got an overlay and one tip. They claimed that that was $40 along with getting my regular fingernail polish and with a little gold tip like a barely a French manicure then I had my coat painted no design on either one they charge me 60 and 60 for my niece as well. She had designs which I would understand about that, but they didn’t do the actual design that we gave them the picture for Mind you my other niece was there and she asked for acrylic nails with no paint on them and he did her French manicure and charged her $40 and all I paid $160 out the door and I was overcharged they were talking mess about us anyway and I got in their tail so I tried to call them back today to tell them that they overcharged me on money which nails are $30 to get done Gel nails acrylic nails so what have you how did you jump up from $35-$40 within a month that wasn’t right I call her today and she can come out that she cannot connect me to the manager not the corporate office. I am gonna file a good report on them That was not right. They’re very rude and they do talk about you while you’re standing in their face..
