I went in to get a pedicure with my cousin and the guy that I got was very nice and my nails came out super good but the guy my cousin got was a total creep and did such a sloppy job it was the guy in a pony tail with grey hair he kept a making some weird comments and calling my cousin a cutie very unprofessional and he was giving creepy vibes I would not recommend going to him at all.

The lady who was doing my nails kept messing up on one hand and it resulted in the nails on my left hand being darker than the nails on my right hand, also took a very long time.??

The guy that sits at table 7 is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. I recommend another nail shop before you sit in his chair

I feel so disrespected, I came in for a pedicure and this man talked me into nails as well. I was trying to explain how I like them to be even thickness and not lumpy and the shape to be precise. He said some very rude comments and I asked for someone else after he tried to cut off my nails. I got up and left, he has these crooked uneven and unfinished nails. Very unprofessional here.

Disgusted with this place my girlfriend went in today for pedicure and the guy there was being very weird asking a bunch of questions and being unprofessional with his job. It was her first time and last time coming here.

if I could give this place zero stars, I would. Guy at number seven caught an attitude because I wanted sharper nails. Then proceeded to hand me the file after being so rude and telling me I can’t be on my Phone . Very unprofessional environment. L nails is better.

Just left the establishment I came in for a pedicure there was one girl getting her nails done the guy looked at me said nothing then when two more ladies came in and he helped them and put one in the pedicure seat and ignored me completely. Terrible service will never go back.

Had to change my five stars to one ( and that's generous ). The best there was Tina and when I went in last month I was informed that she no longer works there. They pushed me off on some guy who " attempted " to give me coffin nails. He also kept drilling into my cuticles and each time I told him to ease up. I ended up bleeding twice and for a week after my cuticles were swollen and painful. They did all of that work to the inside of the place only to keep people that suck and let people that are good go.Edit 2023: They turn of the tv that displays their price menu after a certain tie so they can charge people what ever they want. I went in for a fill in and was charged the price for a full set. $45 I've given this place way too many chances. They get cussed out on the regular for these kind of shady business practices. Will be going to L.A. Nails or Jade exclusively from now on. Not worth the money.
