“What an incredibly charming group of extremely lovely, both inside and out, young ladies at the front desk!
They were so incredibly helpful and genuinely kind and caring. And both of them had these amazing collections of figurines, a patient drops off new additions when he's in. He makes them on a 3D printer and they are so cool, I want to run out and buy a tiny 3D printer.
Next time I am there I will take some pics as they need to be appreciated and seen by the public!
They also had a bowl of wrist bands with motivational sayings and such, which were awesome! I can include pics/video of both of them.
Kudos Henry Ford Lab Services and Henry Ford Hospital.
I love that one of the history's greatest anti-semites and spreaders of Anti-Semitism throughout America has the hospital system named after him giving this Jewish guy top notch medical care!

“The tech was kind and knowledgeable. She thoroughly went over what would be covered by my insurance and helped me make decisions about my tests. She was very skilled at drawing blood. I have small veins and, usually, do not have a comfortable experience. However, this time, I barely felt it. She was very attentive, asking me if I was OK during the blood draw and showing genuine care.”

“I recently took my 1-year-old son to this lab to get blood drawn, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how smooth the whole process went. I was a little nervous, as it’s not a specialized pediatric center, but I was completely reassured by the staff.
The technician who helped us was incredible. She made my son feel at ease and was so gentle throughout the whole process. Not only did she get the blood on the first try, but she did it without any issues, which was a huge relief for me as a parent!
Overall, the entire experience was professional, calm, and efficient. It’s clear that they have a lot of experience with pediatric patients, even if they aren’t a pediatric specific center. Highly recommend!”

“So yes, the location is in the basement of this building, but the service for bloodwork was very good. For some reason Beaumont/Corewell couldn’t do a test on my list, but Labcorp does everything so I drove over and got in quickly. The women there were very nice and efficient. I think the reason the check-in iPad is there is because the same people who check you in also do the lab work, so there may not be a person at the window.”
“This was pleasant, in and out, clean and plenty of parking- I honestly have no idea why there are any bad reviews. I went for my pre- employment screening for amazon. The testing hours are 9am until whenever- I just showed up at 9am :)”

“Recently I had a simple urine test ran, typical lab charge $35-65 dollars for this test. That's the reasonable and customary amount where I am. There was an issue with the billing. I suspect my primary care Doctor didn't pass along the correct information for the Lab, which isn't surprising since that same Doc billed an exorbitant $674 for a 16 minute office visit dated March 2021. That was separate from Helix . In an attempt to clear up the billing error Bob from Helix Diagnostics reached out to me to resolve the issue. hopefully it has been resolved. fingers crossed”
“I had a good experience here overall, the women who performed the actual scans was great! However, their phone person is rude, lazy and honestly just not someone I would hire. She treats you like an absolute burden for having called the facility. I spend a lot of time in the car so making on line appointments is pain, not to mention I just find making appointments via online to be a PIA. I am sorry but too many people need jobs so why continue to employ jerks when you do not have to. I would go back! I am leaving this at 3 stars in hopes of the owners reading it. I see others have said the same thing about her.”
