Went to buy a phone with smart pay, he was trying to convince me to buy a phone for half the price if I changed/added a new number and he was talking to me about interest and what not, I understand where you're coming from but if I want to buy a phone with smart pay just freaking let me. He's stubbornness made me change my mind and I went to another location. I have been with MetroPCS for 10 plus years and this is the worst Customer Service I have experienced so far, so bad I had to write a review.

Was one of the worst experience's I've ever had. Because I can not speak the,,,, person constantly talked down to me,. I went to the outlet to find out what was wrong with.my phone. His answer was something's wrong with my.phone??? Then I went on to buy a new phone and was told the best I could do was buy the $200.00 dollar photo. I didn't have much choice (rent or a phone). I guess I'll live on the street for the next few months.If I can ever return the so-called favor I'll detbe it with a GRINBNN. Screw you add+dN ret7tm
