Worst store ever the male guy was trying to scam me out of money because he fixed my phone and I never told him to would not recommend this location unless your trying to lose your money and he tried to say my phone to get it out of the shop will be 90 dollars

Lazy male worker. I came in looking to buy a new phone. I asked him to give me the full price out the door with accessories and everything. He was too damn lazy to accommodate that request. What makes it so bad is that i was the only customer in the store. I asked him more than once to total everything up, and he did nothing. If you don't want to do your job maybe you should work elsewhere. Also found out that they charge more for a sim card and activation fee. I was quoted $45 total for both. Metro on baldwin quoted me $35. I'd rather drive to a location that's further away and get good customer service than get crappy service just because they're closer to me.

Guy behind the counter at metro pcs on Martin Luther king scammed me out twenty five dollars then going lie told him keep that reporting my card stolen
