I told them I needed a replacement Samsung and they put the cover and face protector on so I can't see what I have until I get home, never asked them to do that by the way, I bring it back and they ignore me and try to make it right, call T-Mobile and make a complaint and they'll send you to another store and work with you, pos ×2

I've gotta give props to the Metro PCS store on 31 W Montcalm in Pontiac. These guys know their stuff! The store's organized, and the staff are really helpful without being pushy.
I walked in not knowing what phone I wanted, but they sorted me out without any hassle. Buying was easy, and they've been quick to help with any questions I've had since.
If you're in the market for a new phone or thinking about switching plans, definitely check these guys out. They're the real deal!
