Was going to get the home internet, was told a certain price just under $30.⁰⁰, came back about an hour later 🤔 and was doing the paperwork, then was told it would cost me about $90.⁰⁰..
How does that happen, and don't people know or train on their products so that they can sell them properly

I purchased faulty equipment from the metro pcs store on auburn in Rochester hills. The guy was a *** and wouldn’t help me. Even though it was not this store’s responsibility they helped me.
The staff, management and owners went over and beyond to help me.

I visited this location in November 2023 because my father broke his phone. The customer service representative said that it was cheaper to get a new line than to purchase a new phone, so I did. I thought that the old account would be cancelled. It was not. I was still being charged for that account for 3 months! I went to a different store and had the line cancelled. I was able to put two months of payment onto my new line.
Then I went to this store again in February 2024 because my dad broke his phone again (or so I thought). The phone wasn't charging. One of the customer service representative put the phone on a charger for 3 seconds and said "it's not working on this charger. You need to get a new phone." I needed up purchasing a new phone and for no reason. For some reason, I tried the new charger on the old phone and it worked.
This store was much better with the old staff, when it was a headquarters. The new staff is not helpful. I will not return to this store.
