Incompetent is an understatement. I got called over the summer about fraudulent use of my credit card and they supposedly shut the card off and I told them I wasn’t interested in getting a new card because I found it unfair I’d have to pay $20 for a new one. I have since called on THREE different occasions to cancel the card and each time they promised it was done but somehow I’m still getting my monthly subscriptions charged to the card. I will be closing all my accounts and transferring my loans as I’m not dealing with the staff’s incompetence any longer.

They won't let me use my credit card even though I put a 100 dollars on my credit card, I only supposed to pay $25 a month. Why can't I use the credit card when I have regular income & paid the fee?

Was a member for a long long time. I recently left for a number of reasons. Customer service is not great, location is not great, it always smells like smoke in the atm room, the atm doesn’t always work properly, there is no app for easier online transactions. It was sort of sad leaving because I had this account for 40 years but it was necessary.

Had a loan with them but I refinanced and paid it off. Instead of sending me a check for the extra amount they put it in a savings account I didn't even know I had then proceeded to charge me fees on that account until that amount they didn't send me was gone.

Awful experience I have had 3 ATM Card and the chips eventually stop working. They charge $20 and refused to assist not alot of Facilities charges for ATM. RIPOFF.

I do not recommend anyone to bank with Michigan Legacy Credit Union as a whole.. this company is now down hill. All of the sudden no one knows what their doing. Fees just get pulled out of your account for no reason, managers never call back to reconcile, and employees tell u anything to get u off the line including informing u that they will work on an issue for u and will call u back which they never do. It’s sad because I’ve been with this company for over 20 years, yes they changed their name a few times but they still use to be a good credit union, but now their all wrong and it sad that I had to close all my accounts with them. But if u want a good credit Union to be apart of, DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!

The inconsistent customer service information is ridiculous. They do not waive over draft fees if the reps mess up. The mobile app is fine unless a rep tries to help you but being told different things by different reps gets annoying. Very disappointed and they closed the one location that was closet to me and not 45 minutes away.

After being a member for 18 years, I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. So unprofessional inside that I didn’t even feel like I was in a financial institution. I also have not received return phone calls regarding my accounts. So sad that I have to close my accounts after so long.
