He fixed the ghost areas on my iPhone screen on Christmas Eve! Great local business, and a much better alternative than buying a new iPhone that costs more than a vehicle payment. Owner fixes all the electronics!

Ray is the best I'm not gonna lie ill be back for anything else that breaks down because he really got my phone back working after my water damage incident and he has the best knowledge ever and if you see this thank you so much Ray! 😊

Came in for a back screen repair and it somehow ended up making my phone completely lose signal. I am very patient at least I try to be so Ray was very helpful he ended up ordering a replacement part for the phone but it took a while to come in so he kindly gave me a loaner phone to use for the time being. Although this was not the most smooth phone fix I ever got it seemed to have been a one off thing for ray to have such a problem with a phone and he did everything he could to make it right so I really do appreciate that. I am a small business owner myself and sometimes things just don’t go to plan it’s up to the owner to make things right in these situation's and thats just what he did. For reference a girl came in for a back screen repair and the phone was in and out in 30 minutes that seems to be how things generally go here.

I really don’t want to leave this review but I’m really disappointed. As a small business myself, I like to think I’d be able to rely on a reputable local business. 10:49am and they are still closed and haven’t opened, been waiting over 30 minutes. Business phone was worked on here about 2 weeks ago and no longer working. Will have to go elsewhere and pay even more out of pocket.

First visit. Diagnosed my phone in 2 minutes after a short wait. I decided against repair so I can't add more about the service work. I would return if I ever need a diag & repair estimate. Give Phone Fix a try.

I went today, and he was able to get my phone back to work. The prices here are amazing and very affordable for the issue with my phone. I love the honesty he gives to customers when they first come in about their devices. Best place in michigan!
