Mr. Andy... he is very nice. Welcoming and professional. Even will Crack a joke with you. People like Andy in customer service are very hard to come by.

I the pharmacy there is one lady who is rude and seems to act like she hate her job and also takes it out on the customers. She needs to be fired for how rude she is. You will know who I’m talking about if you ever go in the store and go into the pharmacy section and she will be there the only African American woman in there and her attitude sucks towards customers.

They are rude at the pharmacy. Lil girl called me a liar. Said I didn't just receive a call from them the 2 days ago. They cancelled my prescription and I went and goty phone to show her but she ignored me. And the guy from another country was rude as well.

Z is an amazing asset. You’d never be able to tell if she’s having a bad day. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. It’s always a pleasure to see her. The rest of the staff is awesome as well but Z stands out and remains professional.

I am always in extremely satisfied with the level of service I received at the Martin Luther King store in Pontiac Michigan. I am always greeted when coming through the door. They always go over and Beyond to make sure my main product that I come in there for is available, if not they will let me know when it will be available for me to come and get it. Every employee has a positive attitude every time I go in there. Thank you for making me and also others feel welcome.

Best associates I ever dealt with at this Rite Aid location! Going to make it a point to visit them often! They were very nice, helpful, and receptive to my assistance when informing them about a deaf customer, who I have known all my life.

This place doesn't feel welcoming anymore with the help of ghetto employees that come to work here one in particular lady with light brown hair acts like everyone in the community is a thief ive been told this by several family and friends about her attitude but im the kind of person give people the benefit of a doubt but im very observant if you keep doing evil acts and in a certain way it speaks volumes about what type of person you are
