Called them a few days ago when AAA had ghosted me on a tow and I was trying to get to work after already waiting 4 hours. They were there within 20 minutes, I was home within 30, and still able to get an uber to work for the second half of my shift. Great service. Super friendly and helpful.

Based on the customer service, this business deserves -5 stars. Not only was the person unprofessional, but also vulgar. Sorry if calling to get towed from a snowbank was inconvenient, (from a towing service), but you tell a potential customer F-you, when they do not want to hear a long-winded explanation of if you can or cannot tow their vehicle out of the snow, in the cold. I believe in giving people/businesses the benefit of the doubt, however being disrespectful when it is not warranted for you to do so is unacceptable. Being direct and honest with the service you are unable to provide is more commendable than being nasty and rude to potential customers. Maybe BBB needs to look into the conduct of this service
