Glazed & Stoned Pottery is a husband & wife duo enjoying the MUDD life. They create beautiful unique hand throwin’ and hand built Pottery made from High Fire Stoneware clay that is microwave, dishwasher & oven safe. They offer a little something for everyone. Customers had an amazing experience at their clay workshop. They take their time and explain techniques and are super nice. The workshop is perfect for a small group. Customers could not be happier with their finished piece and highly recommend it for a fun afternoon out. They also have a little store on site with a selection of finished products for sale. For out-of-state customers, ordering customized coffee mugs was an all-around positive experience. They were easy to collaborate with on design specifics and easy to communicate with via Facebook Messenger, responding in a timely manner. They sent updates and pictures of the mugs at various stages so customers could see the products. They sent pictures of the finished products for feedback before mailing. They provided the USPS tracking number. They did a phenomenal job packing the mugs with materials to absorb shock, taking great care to ensure safe arrival. The mugs turned out as expected and met the specifications. The pricing was reasonable given the customized nature and quality. Customers were very happy with the customer service and would have no hesitation in ordering again. They are very friendly and helpful, encouraging major creativity. Customers would definitely recommend for a fun day of sculpting.
