Terrible customer service. These ladies will put you on hold for 10 minutes to put you through to someone else and put you on hold for another 10 minutes. So that person can put you through to somebody else still has no idea what they're talking about. Alot of attitude and unprofessional was my experience . I'm sorry but I will just say it I think this particular branch is ran by a bunch of " gen z's that thinks the world owes me". Furthermore I would not recommend the credit-builder loan just in case anybody was wondering.

Worst banking experience in port huron, 1st of the month a day before a major holiday and two tellers at the counter. To simply cash a check, I waited in line for 30 minutes. The last time I came to this branch, approximately three weeks ago I waited 20 minutes in line also. Fort Gratiot branch may have delays, never nothing this bad, takes your lunch break to cash a check on 10th street.When I complained to a teller and a manager, the teller became verbally combative and the manager dismissed me saying she could not rectify the situation.I also wanted to retrieve a document from my safe deposit box, however I ran out of time, so another trying experience awaits me. I will inquire into moving my safe deposit box from the 10th street branch also.

I think you get better service offers at a Credit Union an you do at a bank.I'm pleased with the service I receive at Advia.

I have been with this credit union a very long time. It was my first bank account when I was 16, back then it was E&A. I cannot wait to be done using this credit union. I am going through a severe financial hardship and this credit union only cares about itself. I get bombarded with phone calls every week to the point they are filling my voicemail inbox. I have spoken to multiple staff members about my situation and that I am working with a company right now to make it right but they will not stop calling. They show zero empathy for my situation. I have other banks that I am in a similar situation with and they all have been very empathetic, understanding and helpful. This is the only institution I owe a debt to that has made my financial crisis feel like constant harassment.

Edited on 7/16/21-In the past 4 months, Advia seems to have performed a 180 in customer service. Even when they have not been able to directly assist, they have pointed me in the right direction to fix my issues. I have had three absolutely wonderful interactions with the people here and I am happy to have stayed with them through my previous issues.Previous review-Can't in good conscience recommend this bank. Deductions and additions are clearly processed at radically different times than actually processed, strangely enough every time I get overdraft fees. I'm told it's due to the other companies bank, but this week I actually called my friend who ownes her own shop- so I caught them in one lie. I doubt it's the only one they told, but it's the only one I can verify and as such I cannot really trust them again.

Advia loves racking up 'fees.' Had a small overdraft back in 2016 - they added over $200 in fees and sent it to collections 5 years later. Much happier with Chase bank.
