Went above and beyond to my questions/doubts.Tepperman can make deliveries at least free for customer buying more that $5k. Competitors are providing better offers with free delivery and providing TVs as give away for any purchase more than $3k.. They are loosing customers from this perspective.”

“Edited: So, the item was picked up yesterday and I received an email this morning noting my refund. I'm impressed. I'll admit it. Thanks, Leon's.Had an issue with an item purchased online. I was not happy with it when it arrived and got no help in store. However, after speaking to an agent, she was able to offer a return with a 25 percent restocking fee which I think is fair. What is not fair is the lack of notice of their all sales final policy both in store and online. But all in all, I'm very satisfied with the outcome”

“My parents stove went out three days before Christmas and they were planning a large Christmas dinner. Everyone knows Mom can't cook your favorite dishes in a microwave. Mom being picky as to stove and features we were able to go there at 7pm found the stove with extra item she loved and they delivered it within 24 hours saving Christmas. The sales staff was extremely helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. 5 Stars All Day Long for this ABC Warehouse!”

I've always found the staff to be just a little more knowledgeable than across the street. If you can't access a hardware store run by an 85 year old guy who always has what you want "from the back" then come here”
