“I had a great experience with Jack at Best Buy. He was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me with a return, and then went above and beyond to help me find a replacement item that I thought was out of stock. His willingness to take the extra time to help was so appreciated. Excellent customer service!”
“Christian at the service desk was very helpful with my grill purchase. Went out of his way to help me load everything and went above and beyond with unscrewing parts to fit them into my vehicle.”
“I have been really pleased with this place from ordering online with the simple, easy application, to someone calling me to confirm my order, speaking with them in between, scheduling my delivery, and down to the delivery itself.
Just had two wonderful delivery men deliver my washer and dryer and certainly one of the better services delivered I’ve ever experienced. There were problems like door openings that weren’t theirs to solve but they did anyway. I have experienced nothing short of excellent customer service from start to finish and I have no doubt if I have any questions or concerns they’ll be just as accommodating.
My only complaint would be that I spoke with the store yesterday to warn them that they had a tricky set up, but it’s unfortunate the store didn’t communicate that with the drivers as they are the ones coming to the site. However, that’s an internal issue and didn’t affect my experience what so ever.
Big kudos to my drivers that were here on 2/5.”

“Mike was great in our shopping experience in selecting the best washer for our needs. He was very knowledgeable in every washer we were interested in. The GE commercial machine is fantastic. We are so happy that Mike helped us make our decision.”
