I have utilized AVI's services off and on since early 2000's. Just recently I had to leave a very special vehicle over 72 hours for the importation process into Canada. Jose and Mike's staff are very friendly, courteos and efficient. The vehicle was safely locked away and I picked it up this morning just the way I left it. I love no suprises!!! Keep up the great work guys! George

Prices to import cars using AVI very reasonable. Friendly staff. Just wish government regulations wouldn't make this process so difficult but that's certainly not AVI's fault.

I purchased a vehicle that I later came to find out was imported to the US through their facility for Federalization. Many pieces were broken on the instrument cluster during the work they completed, they offer no warranty or guarantee on any of their work even the day it ships. Speedometer is several miles an hour off and other functions on the car are not working all as a result of their retrofits. Buyer beware.
