“I needed front brakes for my car. Mike answered the phone politely and was very helpful with finding the correct rotors for my car. Before calling O'Reilly Auto Parts, on Lapeer Road I I called another auto parts in Port Huron and the sales clerk said to me that I have to call my mechanic to find out the size of my motor. He wasn't helpful at all. So I decided to call O'Reilly on Lapeer Road. Mike asked me for the VIN number of my car and was able to find out the correct rotors for my car. When I went to pick up my order, the staff was friendly and helpful.”
