Had Mike & John move my stuff to my new place a couple days ago. They were on time (actually, a little early), and worked efficiently. Took care to make sure furniture was covered & strapped in good. They got the job done quickly too—only about 4 hours!! They were very friendly & fun to work with as well!! I definitely would go with them again in a heartbeat!! Highly recommend!!

Busy Beaver left my 75 year old mother in the house trying to move out items that they were asked to move out. She had to be out the same day as the move and they did not move her plants or remaining items because they wanted to go do whatever they were doing after 2 pm. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because they refused to refund part of the fee and they put stuff on the truck that they were not asked to put on the truck.

My wife and I recently used Busy Beavers to move to Port Huron from the Metro Detroit Area. Not only were they available on short notice, the two gentlemen that were sent (Bob and Tony) were upmost professionals. They were courteous, polite, and treated all of our furniture with care. Bob and Tony worked for 12 hours straight (in 80 degree heat going down and up stairs at both destinations) to get my family and our belongings to our destination in the most timely manner possible and without damaging a single item. If Bob and Tony are any indication of the caliber of professionals they have that Busy Beavers, then you are in very good hands.
I cannot recommend Busy Beavers enough. They made what is normally a very stressful day feel like a breeze.

We had Busy Beavers move us from Fort Gratiot to our new home. They were competent, responsive, and efficient. When the team leader saw that one truck was insufficient for the task, they sent another truck and worker within two hours. Even with all that, they were still less expensive than any of our other quotes. I highly recommend them!

I was in a real bind after getting "no call no showed" by Blue Water Movers and Busy Beaver really bailed me out on short notice! This is not my first time using a professional moving company. That said, Busy Beaver really stood out as a friendly, prompt and professional company start to finish. Not only were they able to mobilize on short notice and save me a real mess they did so at a fair price and made it happen in very cold snowy weather. Hire with confidence!

From Charlie making the bookings to Mike and John doing the move, it was a great experience! I have a lot of antiques and heavy furniture, but not one thing (or wall or doorway) got scratched. Mike and John dove right in, and loaded and unloaded quickly, efficiently and carefully, while keeping a friendly, positive attitude at all times. My highest recommendation!

My boyfriend and I called to have them move a hot tub. We were quoted and told they could do it. when the day came they showed up 15 minutes early and when we showed up they were leaving. the woman we were getting it from informed us that they said they would not move and simply left. We tried contacting them multiple times and rather than communicating with us they shut off their phones. They are rude and unprofessional and VERY uncommunicative.
