It has the best bank experience with polite and helpful tellers. The bank meet all needs and provides everything you expect from a Chase experience. One find between two one way streets can be a trial for approachability but this bank is down to earth and tellers explained fully. It has been best for life without real complaints.

I sent my nephew over to open up his first checking account and they treated him horribly. He is from out of state and they accused him of having a false Id which he did not. We left there and went to a credit Union, And they opened up an account for him with no problem.

Been banking at chase my entire life. No real complaints at any level This is everything you expect from a chase experience. One drawback might be it's between two one way streets so "approachability" can be a trial But this one will meet all your needs!
