My experience with Disappointing City Cab was abysmal. Despite being a long-time customer out of necessity, relying on them for transportation to school due to a lack of alternatives, I was consistently met with subpar service. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and it was evident they based their treatment of customers on ethnicity. They were chronically late, if they showed up at all, leaving customers stranded and vulnerable, especially in emergencies or when picking up children from school. Their unreliability and discriminatory practices are not only unacceptable but also dangerous. Disappointing City Cab needs to either drastically improve its services and attitudes or cease operations altogether. I strongly advise against using their services and recommend seeking alternative transportation options.
