Just found out I've been being charged 2 separate service fees in the tune of $14.00 every month. I was aware of, but not informed at the time I opened the acct, of 1 $7.00 charge due to not having my paychecks direct deposited. I am 46 years old and have never had a bank charge this many fees on a checking account with a good balance. My online banking account with T-Mobile gives me 2.5% interest every month. I made $16 interest last month. I will be closing this account and moving all my money to T-Mobile. The need for a physical bank has pretty much goneto the wayside. I highly recommend you check the T-Mobile online banking site and you do not have to be a T-Mobile member. I do give them 3 stars for the staff. Everyone I have delt with has been fantastic.

Garbage banking system. Backwoods 20th century stuff. Get a better bank if you want to be in the 21st century with everyone else.

Great Regional Bank. ... Ditto on the other review by T.J. ... Great folks here with a hometown feel. The tellers and mangers all know your name: it's like the bank version of "Cheers." Main office is based in Croswell - many of the customers are farmers - and they go out of their way to give good service. With the massive bank consolidation and closing a during the credit crisis, nice to know these folks.

With the massive bank consolidation and closing a during the credit crisis, nice to know these folks still know how to treat folks with respect and as human beings.
