We just want to say how Kyle and everyone there made a sad, scary, heartbreaking experience, doable. Everyone was so kind and understanding. They took care of everything. Very professional, but most important very accommodating and thoughtful team.. Everyone made you feel like you and your loved one mattered, from the transport team , directors, even those who weren’t assisting me personally. The team made a very hard part of life easy to navigate.
