I took my son there yesterday because I saw they were running a special for 1299 haircut so I figured why not, If they mess up his head it’s only $13 plus tip wasted. But no, The woman charged me $22 for the half ass haircut costing me $30. Why even bother with the promotions if you’re not gonna follow through with them?

Terrible haircut my son received, and the manager cut it on 24th St. and didn't think it was a problem his head had all them blotches, spots, and head uneven in the back. I called store supervisor Terri and messaged her these photos she thought it was a terrible job as well.

My spouse and stepson went here today to get their hair cut before having a family photoshoot done. My stepson's hair is super uneven in the front. The stylist had asked him at the end of his service if he liked his hair and he straight up told her "no", but she didn't really do anything to correct it. Also contemplating buzzing my spouse's hair as well because it does not look good, it's really choppy in the back. Super disappointed that this happened right before our pictures, we don't have any time to reschedule :/ The stylists seemed nice and everything, but I feel like this could've been avoided if they had put more time and care into it.
