On September 6th 2022, I arrived at 1631 Dove St, Port Huron, MI 48060 to make a delivery for the second time at this location, except that this time was never pleasant. Upon arrival I saw the forklift drive in the yard so I asked him if this is the right side of the building to make the delivery at because I know that there are two sets of delivery dock and the delivery location depends on the kind of the product. The forklift driver confirmed that I am at the right location.After I positioned the truck, I came out to open the doors and remove the straps so that they can unload the truck, the other forklift driver (Josh) headed him yelling at me vulgar words asking me to hurry up saying open your (f..n) doors.I came back to him to ask about the reason that made him to talk to me with this language but he kept yelling and being disrespectful. I asked to talk to his supervisor ( Her name is Sharla), she justified his behavior and said that this is a busy docks area and thought that Josh's behavior is acceptable.My question is what kind of a company is this? this and what kind of employee's are these?.

It's very true what everyone says about this place, unfortunately. I endured a lot, and always kept my head down, didnt fight back about it. You have people that constantly yell at each other, and NOTHING gets done about it. Even team leaders At supervisors. There are a lot of people that shouldn't have a higher position. In no way earned it. Van is the only team leader I have come across that has complete self control, people person, a calm person, and does the right thing in a situation. So many people that are on their phones all day, lowering production for the rest of us. Nothing gets said. Sneaky team leaders that change the speed on your machine so you dont hit numbers when you go on your break. A lot of people in this place talk down to you, make you feel unworthy of the job just because they arent working next to the person they would rather work with. (Friends) Not a lot of people accept change and take not wanting to work with the change. You get in the crossfire with a lot of people when you are newer with the company. I was always kind to people, always put up with attitudes. In the end, you have to know what you're worth. supervisors take care of the problem the easy way instead of the right ways. This place is not worth your time, trust me on this. Although, I did like my last supervisor more. Took care of things a little better than this new one. A lot of people need to be demoted, and better, patient, kinder, people person, needs to be promoted on most lines. This is 1st shift crew I am talking about. If you dont like to be talked down to for no reason, and are a nice person, hit production numbers, pulled around, arent on your phone all day, than this isnt the job for you. Was here 6.5 weeks.
