At Hart Medical Equipment, staff are pleasant and very knowledgeable. They handle situations quickly and are polite, patient, and helpful. Customers with mobility issues receive great support, and even a 15‑minute replacement of a faulty cord was provided. The store offers excellent customer service, with no wait times and friendly staff who test and fix devices efficiently and again today.

Never followed through on supplying a wheelchair. Many calls and unsatisfactory responses. Still no wheelchair after 3 weeks.Very unhappy with the customer serviceWould not recommend to anyone to use this service

Every time I've gone into the store wether it was script related or not, staff was always polite, knowledgeable and patient with me, my family .. mobility has become a real issue in my case & they've been great for me
