Wish I can not even give one star, for any complain and issue, no response, no action hope they learn something from the review.

Terrible. Never came to fill ice chest when scheduled. Sit on hold for at least 30 minutes every time you call.

No Customer service at all and they never delivered when they were supposed to. I had to call 4 and 5 times to get deliveries, then they never showed up! Even went there and tried to buy ice for my party store and they wouldn't sell to me.
