“They have a decent selection of tools, that's if you are looking for standard tools. If you are looking for specialty tools this is probably not the place to go. Also, if you are looking to save money this is not the place to go there average about 10% higher then other home improvement stores. It's convenient because it's close to home and close to work but I try to go to Menards or harbor freight when possible.”
“Ever since I got a little bit of land tractor supply has been my new go-to store. And I always get my flea collars from them I have for the past. I don't know 10 years. That's what I went in there for this day and I have a dog in training as my service dog. They were accommodating to her and even gave her a treat.”
“My hubby did an online order for delivery to our trailer park, easy and convenient!! He gave the delivery address on line with my name and # as well as his own #. The next morning someone called and he spoke to them about the delivery day we needed and time, Thursday afternoon because he worked and I worked and would be back at the trailer at 12:30. When my hubby called them again to let them know it was a trailer park, confirm they had my # which they said it wasnt on the delivery order also confirmed an afternoon delivery. Thursday I decided to go to work an
hour earlier so I could be done right around 11 am and Im 5 minutes from our trailer. Just as I was leaving a lady called from Rona and said the delivery guy was 25 minutes away....perfect!! I headed out and my phone rang again barely 2 minutes later and the delivery driver said he was at the park..... Good thing I was only 5 minutes away . I said your not suppose to be there till the afternoon, he said I just do as Im told. The delivery driver was very good and helpful and put our lumber right where we needed it and he was very friendly! I told him we had confirmed 3 times the time it was to be delivered and good thing I was only 5 minutes away and done work early....He just said they are very busy!! I think who ever answers the phones or calls customers needs to listen better to instructions!! What would have happened to our delivery if I couldn't have gotten home from work till noon?”

“Went here 9-6-26 at around 7pm . A wonderful young lady by the name of Bailey helped me out when I asked her for assistance . She literally went way out of her way to help me and was such a wonderful young lady . She was in the section where the painting products were and she walked me all the way across the store to find two items . She was a major help to me . More retail businesses need people like Bailey working for them . Great job Mernards for hiring an extraordinary young lady”
