Dont recommend. They have increased the price about 4 times in the last year quoting rising costs, yet they provide nothing more with the Price increase, not to mention someone is in the office only half of the week. Look elsewhere.

This place is unreal how nice it is. You’re located in the perfect spot right between Marysville, downtown Port Huron & with Fort Gratiot right down the road! The apartments are super clean with very nice appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, washer & drier! The bedrooms are huge & the siding is clean! It’s like living in a condo. Angie the manager at the complex & Fred the maintenance guy are both really nice & super cool! Also very welcoming.

This was my first apartment on my own and I lived here for approximately two years. I really couldn’t have had a better experience. Reasonable rent for a super nice apartment (to me). Maintenance is just one guy who is kind, prompt, and fun to talk to. He takes the time to get to know all the tenants. I’m quite lucky that this was my first apartment experience and would recommend this place to anybody!

I only gave this apartment 2 stars because it does look nice on the outside and the pool! But here’s the truth about the apartments.Maintenance is lovely absolutely lovely very nice guy! As for the office staff I believe there is only one girl? She is awful, very unorganized, almost never there for office hours, rude and will constantly threaten you if you’re late with rent EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT. My fiancé and I both were trying to pay rent via cashiers check. Well. That was a hassle and a half. She sent us a notice saying that we never paid our rent for that month and the next and that someone was coming into our apartment wether we were here or not. So I waited and waited for her to actually be there for her supposed hours (listed on website) and she didn’t show until about 2-3 hours AFTER she was supposed to. When I asked why in the world she wasn’t there when her hours are scheduled she got more than upset and told me she works with two different buildings (she’s almost never at this one) and that “Maybe now I will learn to pay rent on time” and “I shouldn’t take her kindness for granted” (she has almost never been kind BESIDES to my fiancé)I talked to other residents and they told me they’ve had the same problems with her. She is AWFUL. They need a new person to run the property. We will be moving as soon as possible. I regret the years lease. On top of that I have an ant problem that I brought to her attention and have emails to prove it, she said she was going to tell the maintenance guy but needed hours that were okay. I gave her hours and he never showed up, needless to say I still have the problem. My house has always been clean and well maintained.

I needed a short-term lease while I tied up some personal things in Port Huron before relocating to another state. Since I was short term, I didn't want to have to purchase kitchen appliances, microwave, washer, dryer, etc. Lake Village was the only place in Port Huron that could accommodate my requests. Management and maintenance exceeded my expectations. They always greeted me with a smile and were very helpful to all my concerns or requests and were always quick to attend to any problems that arose. Lake Village is a quiet, friendly and well-maintained community. The floor plan is perfect with incredible closet space. This was a great place to call home! The grounds and facilities are kept clean and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience having laundry within my unit and the optional garage. I lived at LV alone and couldn't have felt any safer.... just a beautiful community! The hardest thing about leaving Port Huron was leaving this my apartment at LV. Thanks A&F for making my experience at LV a pleasant one.

" I moved into Lake Village of Port Huron 15 months ago and I absolutely love living here! Management and Maintenance provide exceptional service. I moved here from out of state after selling my own home and this complex provides me with the comfort of home as evidenced by all around cleanliness, up to date appliances, beautiful landscape, and quiet neighborhood. I work in Detroit and would prefer to live closer to work, but whenever I read the reviews of apartment complexes in the surrounding areas the thought of leaving Lake Village scares me. I am compelled to write this review because of the negative reviews I see during my search for an apartment closer to work. I recommend Lake Village of Port Huron to anyone who is seeking a nice, clean, homey environment to as their future home!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!CL

Nicely recently renovated apartments with newer appliances, cabinets, and flooring. Garages are avail at an additional fee but include a garage door opener for ease and convenience. Units also include a washer and dryer.
