There's never any staff. The staff that is there is less than helpful. The general overstock & overstock pallets are really sketchy. There is allot of products in damaged & or dirty packaging. It's probably the worst big box hardware store in the area. I do not recommend doing business here.

Great store for certain items and lumber but there is never help in the yard for loading bought product. For returns, Greg M. at the customer service desk greatly helped me and my family while thoroughly explaining everything.

First of all I would like to say wife and I love this place, typically. Have spent thousands here.. I was disappointed in my service the other day though, I am disabled ( cane bound) was in there asked for a vinyl remnant asked the gentleman if it was possible to have it re rolled the shirt way so it would fit in my Bronco. He reluctantly say I guess. I asked if it could be taken up from and put with our vanity we already had up there for purchase. He said he didn't have time to do all that. Ummm 🤔 didn't have time.

I went to your Port Huron location and had great customer service from not only your H.R. person, but also Diane in Millworks and Sarah who cashed me out!
They were all al very helpful, and in this day and age it is difficult to have a great customer service experience , but I sure did!
I used to supervise at a big box store, so it’s very refreshing to find such quality and friendly customer service associates!
This has become my favorite store to shop for my home improvement needs!

RUDE, RUDE RUDE‼️
Normally, this is a trip my husband and I enjoy . However, yesterday we went there going through the store was fun as usual, but when we got to the checkout, the lady named Sarah was rude, impatient and just utterly not a nice person! I had forgotten to activate my new Menards card which mind you we spend lots of money at Menards, as I was trying to get it to work she rudely announced to the one customer behind us. “Sorry for the wait, but you know how it is” . It was very embarrassing and not very nice of her. I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and I can say without a doubt I have never treated a customer this way I have always tried to treat people the way I like to be treated not rude not angry. If you’re having a bad day suck it up, sweetheart, anyways I hope her day got better, but this was my experience there. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Menards go there at your own risk, especially to this particular cashier‼️😡

Bought a couch from Menards — it arrived damaged and infested with bugs.
We had just moved in and were sleeping on the floor — no issues at all. The moment the couch was brought inside, we started getting eaten alive. Took nearly a week to realize it was the source. Moved it to the garage, bombed the space twice, and the bites stopped completely.
We reported the damage the day it arrived. They offered a $20 refund for it — but I still haven’t received it. Corporate is impossible to reach and refuses to help.
Now I’m out $700, stuck with a contaminated couch, and no support.
This company will take your money, sell you a health hazard, then disappear when you ask for accountability.
