Nick might be the coolest metro employee I've seen in action. Nick had me set up and explained everything to me clearly and quickly while helping multiple customers. He got me a great deal and really helped us all out at once. Knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Grace under fire. It was a thing of beauty. Best experience I've had buying a new phone.

Come to store 8/19 @ 10:07, no one there. I called 24th location and they said the guy was still asleep.Came in 8/23 the guy was totally lame, unfriendly, unhelpful. He Said he knew nothing and could do nothing.What is the point of having employees at all if they can't show up and when they do can't perform any action besides processing a payment?

That was the first time that I went to MetroPCS on 10th Street with my case worker Jeanette I paid my phone this is a good store to go in and get what you need very polite Metro by T-Mobile 521 10th Street Port Huron Michigan 48060

Customer Service Representative named Nick was very knowledgeable about the phones and other programs offered to their customers. I would even buy a phone from that store.

Absolutely terrible service. Couldn't get a straight answer and just ended up walking out without purchasing a new phone or upgrading cuz after the 4th different answer on the same question I felt like I was getting scammed

They confuse me with billing one time they agree on a set price then all a sudden on the day I pay the bill it's higher than what I was told !!
