SCREAMING A HUGE THANK YOU TO MUFFLER MAN IN PORT HURON!!! SINCE BEING UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT BOBBY & HIS WHOLE CREW HAVE TAKEN CARE OF ME TIME & TIME AGAIN!! MOST PARTS HAVE SOME KIND OF WARRANTY & THEY WARRANTY THEIR WORK!!!!!!! WHO DOES THAT?!? TODAY SEPT 19, 2024 I PICKED UP MY EDGE!!! I AM SO THANKFUL THEY ARE THE MOST AFFORDABLE & KIND PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!!! Never again…NIGHTMARE! Beware..read all negative reviews before you leave your vehicle with these people. They gave me quote for tune up and told me to bring car in the following week at 9am. They didn’t look at my car until the following day. (Just in case you’re expecting your car) Then the quote they gave me went from 200.00 to 936.00. Just for tuneup. Then I wanted my car back and they told me it would cost me 80.00 because they looked at it. All I wanted was tuneup. They actually held my car hostage and I am a senior in my seventies. Would they do this to their own grandmother? I wasted my time with Muffler Man with the low ball quote. Don’t fall for it..it’s a scam!

Worst experience ever they ripped off my elderly mom of 72 years of age . They tried charging her $1200 for a tune up and when she could not afford to pay they made her pay $ 80 to get her car back. And beware any of the good reviews you see that they get are their own friends or themselves posting them about themselves.I was told this by someone that knows them.

Really helpful and considerate people up in Muffler Man, helped me put my transmission in this last January and had it done and back to me immediately my cars had no issues since. recently my exhaust fell off and was dragging across the road i stopped in with an emergency and within a day my car was back up and on the road they’ve worked with me on things multiple times. anytime i see them out in public they ask how my cars doing and treat customers like family. i plan to do more with Muffler Man downtown and highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

Took my car to muffler man in Port Huron was having issues with my headlights. They were able to get me in and out same day. Great customer service at a very reasonable price.

Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You'll never have to worry about bringing your car in for 1 problem and them finding 5 more unless they are truly there. Super honest, thorough, and up front. A lot of my family goes here and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. As a single woman there's always the worry you'll be taken advantage of, not here. My late husband was a car guy for 20 years and I have no doubt he would give them a 5 star rating too. If you're looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, caring, and honest mechanic...look no further.

Muffler Man went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of in time to go on an out of state trip. With their tech and staff staying beyond close to have my car ready in time. They were courteous, friendly, and affordable as well! Prices are great here, staff is also great. I would highly recommend them to both family and friends!
