Shout out to Tom and John. My engine blew in a 2016 Chevy equinox which Chevy is aware this is an issue and continue to put the 2.4 eco motor in newer vehicles while being sued. Multiple times. These guys went to bat for me and got me a new car the same day. They spent 6 hours finding me the right vehicle for the right price and helping me figure out what the best deal was. Thank you thank you thank you!

Other than a wire transfer issue (which was probably our fault)everything went smoothly. Our salesman Brook was very responsive and helpful and everyone we dealt with were very nice. Overall, a good experience!

My wife and I have been buying new and used cars from Northgate for over 10 years. We continue to lease or buy from them because they have the best service around. We personally deal with Jay Baldwin for new car sales and Travis Hall for used cars. We're beyond happy with every purchase and experience we've had. We will continue to come back.

The staff at Northgate Ford really made the process fast, friendly and awesome. This was my second experience with Northgate. I love my Ford Edge and the never thought I would like leather interior! I love that too. I referred my sister there in October for a perviously owned vehicle she loves her car. I would definitely recommend this Ford Dealership.

I’m posting this review on behalf of my daughter, Adrielle.“I bought my car here in March 2022, the dealer had replaced all brake rotors and pads, front and back. June 2023 I realized the parking brake wasn’t working properly so I got that worked on at this dealership. After they supposedly fixed it, I had trouble after I tested it, the shoes came off and I had to spend more money yet to have that fixed after my car started shaking and shuddering on my test drive. Went back this August after hearing some noises, was told it was a dirty brake pin. They were supposed to have pulled it apart cleaned and regreased it. Apparently though, it hasn’t been right since. After hearing noise again I took it to another mechanic who took it all apart and found out the parking brake had been dragging and eating up my brake rotors and pads! He also found it was all dry, no grease at all like they claimed they applied. I am pretty upset that I had to pay for pads and rotors that would have otherwise gotten more good use, because they never did the job right in the first place. I am now without a parking brake, it had to be taken out, since my mechanic told me, there was no way to adjust the clearance. I would have driven off with the same exact problem all over again. The brake would have continued to drag. It obviously was never installed right to begin with. In my experience so far, they can’t be trusted. It’s left me with a bad taste!”

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. My salesman Travis put the deal together over the phone, the honesty and integrity of him and the dealership was amazing. When I arrived to get my Mustang the car greatly exceeded my expectations. 5 Stars for sure for Northgate Ford!

Recently took delivery or 2023 Ranger after waiting 7 months for it.The tailgate cables are not equally tension-ed. Took vehicle in for remedy and was told there is no solution and would not even switch them around to see if it helped. Not happy with NO attempt at resolution.

I reserved a Ford Lightning in April of 2021 (27 months ago). The MSRP at that time was estimated to be $ 53,000. I wasn't able to actually order the vehicle until early 2023 due to COVID. I received an email notification that the truck was being shipped on July 1st and the window sticker was over $70,000. Thankfully my nephew is a Ford engineer and I qualified for a discount. After providing the PIN number for the discount, I was notified by my salesman that the price was still $ 70,000 because they are going to sell it for thousands over MSRP. We will NEVER buy anything from Northgate Ford.

Our salesperson, Jeff Blair, made buying a car a positive experience. His very professional mannerism along with his concerned, caring and trustworthy personality really helped us to decide buying our car through him. He always followed through in finding answers to questions that we had in a very timely manner. He is a respectful, responsible and very dependable salesperson and certainly an asset to Northgate Ford. Jeff was my sales associate at Ford Northgate back in 2020 and happy to work with him again 2023. He did everything to make my decision easy and went out of his way to help where he could with trading in my previous vehicle in 2020. Highly recommend seeing Jeff for all your leasing/ purchasing needs. Very great at explaining options and keeps you up to date if you order your vehicle when it will be arriving. Not pushy or rushing you to just get a vehicle.I had a Ford Ecosport and loved that car. Small and easy to park anywhere. I loved it. I just upgraded to a bigger suv and I love it as well. My 2023 Escape is perfect for my small growing needs in a vehicle. Highly recommend both vehicles.Only "complaint" I have is my Ecosport driver side visor kept falling out. The screws never stayed and I had it fixed multiple times, yet it kept coming undone. But other that, it was a great vehicle.
