This is not a form of retaliation but rather the truth. I will never again buy from this Boutique due to the way the employees are treated, and the way they conduct business, as expressed from several of their employees past and PRESENT. In front of the camera is a completely different view and vibe that occur behind the scenes.

I’ve followed this business for over 3 years and have purchased many items from them over the years.
I recently stumbled into some information about how they conduct business and how they treat their employees, and after learning about these negative practices I will never again purchase anything from this business. Laura should be ashamed of her character and seriously think about the type of person and businesswoman she wants to be.
As should Katie, I’ve never felt such a false energy as the one she projects. Shame on you both.

When I found the Papaya Branch App my whole shopping experience changed. Laura and Katie treat everyone like family! They are spot on with recommended sizing and there selection of clothing pieces are amazing! Price point for all! And can I tell u the shipping is like no other!! Soo fast!! Weird how my review disappeared that I left for you guys back during the summer. Leaving it again cause I want everyone to know how great your clothes are. I bought a black maxi skirt and a short skirt from you. I couldn't be happier with the quality, comfort, and material used. Not to mention the prices are comparable to Amazon but quality is 100 times better! Shop local!! Thank you for your great service as well.

So I did some more research on The Papaya Branch and wanted to share some good information. I have found the Papaya Branch label clothing to run very small. They have a strict two week return policy. After two weeks you don't even get a store credit even if you're outside of the two weeks by only a day or two. You are stuck with the item. If you buy online your two week window starts from the date of the purchase. Not when you pick up the items a few days later. So if you're holding off on picking up a couple of items because you plan to buy a few more later that week be warned that you're already well into your two weeks on the oldest item you purchased. If you return an online item in person even with proof of purchase you are NOT refunded while in the store. Refunds take 5-7 days to get processed. I was not given any documentation for proof of what I returned. I literally walked out of the store without the clothes, a refund, or receipt for returned items in case they mess up. Their overstock deals are only returnable for a store credit no matter how poor the quality the discounted item might be. So, from personal experience I would recommend seeing these in person BEFORE you buy. Definitely not online. I hope this information will help anyone looking to shop there so they are more aware of how things work. Don't plan on the service that you would get at Kohls or another store when taking an item back. You will be disappointed. So if any of this information is a turn off for you this is a store I would avoid. If not just know what the rules are so you're not unhappily surprised later. Thanks for reading my p s a.

Obsessed with how soft their clothes are! I got a cute black maxi skirt and it's so flowy! I can wear it when it's 90 out and it doesn't make me sweat. That's how light weight the material is. Very impressed with the quality of the clothing. Will be back for more!
