The type of illegal activities that take place at this establishment are absolutely astonishing. Today I made it clear that the Pharmacy board of michigan and the DEA will be my next steps. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Filling prescriptions that should be taken together. Being forced to have all prescription or nothing is 100% illegal. To fill prescriptions that were supposed to be sent back to my preferred pharmacy. ILLEGAL. MY NEXT STEPS WILL HAVE LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT INVOLVED!!!

Told me several different lies altogether, but started out with saying that my insurance wouldn't cover my medicine I was getting from there because not all of my meds were at one pharmacy. Then when I wouldn't do that she told me she wouldn't fill my medicine (that I was told only her pharmacy had) unless I switched all of my meds to her pharmacy. So I very reluctantly told her to go ahead. Now that I'm off that one med and trying to get all my normal meds back to my original pharmacy, she's trying to cover up her lies and gaslight me and says she never told me any of it. I may be dumb, but I wasn't born yesterday. Because of her intimidation and scare tactics, I ran out of my regular medicine and was too scared to get them filled and was off my meds for a month. It wasn't until my mental health got so bad that I HAD to ask my original pharmacy what I could do to get them to fill them again. This is when I was told what she said to me is highly illegal. She is lucky I'm too lazy to report her. But I will be telling anyone who will listen to never come here. Normally I am ALL for mom and pop shops, but this one is deceitful and unethical just to get a higher med profile. Also don't call me again to "explain." I know what you said and you will not gaslight me to believing you said something different. When I said to the first person I wanted to discontinue services, it should have been left at that.

These people straight up lied to me saying my insurance company would not cover the generic brand of my medication and would only cover the brand name (they are a $40 copay difference). I called my insurance company and they said they absolutely cover both. Luckily the insurance representative called the pharmacy (I was included on it, but the lady at the pharmacy was unaware of this), when he confronted her about the false statement she proceeded to tell him they don’t make enough money off of the generic so they are only filling the brand name so they can make the money. They will lie right to you for their monetary gain and without hesitation steal your extra money.
